Most brands sell you electrolytes separately. We don't.
There's a reason the big energy brands don't put electrolytes in their gels: they want to sell you drink mixes and powder on top.
We put sodium and potassium directly into N47, the two electrolytes you primarily lose through sweat. The amounts are calibrated for athletes running at 60–90g of carbohydrates per hour, so everything lines up.
Bonus: sodium helps your body absorb sugar faster. You don't need to manage a complex fueling system mid-race. N47 and water. That's it.
