Most brands sell you electrolytes separately. We don't.
There's a reason the big energy brands don't put electrolytes in their gels: they want to sell you drink mixes and powder on top.
We put sodium and potassium directly into N47 — the two electrolytes you primarily lose through sweat. The amounts are calibrated for athletes running at 60–90g of carbohydrates per hour, so everything lines up.
Bonus: sodium helps your body absorb sugar faster. You don't need to manage a complex fueling system mid-race. N47 and water. That's it.
