Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Opened gel refills cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The Gel Flask is eligible for return within 30 days if unused. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at mail@nectarlab.dk. Returns must be sent to: Ingrid Marievej 7, 2500 Valby, Denmark. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

European Union — 14-day cooling off period If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at mail@nectarlab.dk.
